We are seeking a Business Developer to sell, evangelize and successfully demonstrate Business Factory/ROI Hunter/Facebook’s advertising solutions to new clients in the Saudi Arabia market. If you have sales experience, and a marketing background and want to be part of the Czech-based marketing company join us in our journey.
What would you do?
Prepare and execute the sales strategy to target potential customers, customized pitches and approaches based on the vertical, countries or specific services.
Building a pipeline and contacting clients to discuss their needs and educate them on products and services we can offer.
Negotiate pricing and manage sales agreements.
Identify and prioritise business opportunities, build and execute sales pipeline.
Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects, leads, negotiation, and leads won.
Prepare results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses and track all activities in our CRM.
Create, plan, and deliver sales materials on the provided services and products.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to optimize sales efforts.
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, and case studies to clearly communicate the Business Factory & Facebook platform value proposition and inspire investments.
Upsell existing customers with high potential.
Build long-term relations with clients.
Co-operate with the rest of the team for client onboarding & development.
What would you need?
3+ years of relevant experience in sales, account management, advertising, media sales, and media planning leading business or accounts.
Understanding of marketing needs in e-commerce.
Ability to manage strategic client relationships.
Experience with CRM (Hubspot, Pipedrive…).
Great communication and presentation skills at all levels of an organization.
Ability to win the support of key stakeholders/decision-makers.
Fluent in Arabic and business English.
Must be able to legally live and work in KSA, without company sponsorship/support. Work permits obtained on your own are not applicable.

It depends on the team you join. We have a wide range of projects in our portfolio from e-commerce to B2B. We work with large clients which include many well-known brands. We’ll discuss the details at the interview, or you can check out the references section.
Will I get an idea of where I can move?
We will develop your skills and focus on your strengths. That’s why you’ll have regular sessions with your leader and discuss your development plan. You can attend interesting conferences or workshops with us, either internal or external. Other possibilities for progress within the roles depend on opportunities within the company and your personal drive.
