We started from the ground up. After a thorough audit of Baťa’s social media and ad accounts in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia, we gained insight into their online presence. Our goal was to showcase past successes, identify inefficiencies, and uncover new opportunities. We then revamped the campaigns using best practices, leveraging data analysis to set realistic goals.

Key areas for improvement were clear: a fragmented campaign structure, optimization for secondary objectives, and overly narrow targeting. There was also substantial potential to enhance communication of current promotions and address seasonal trends more effectively.

Our "secret weapon" in this effort was ROI Hunter, an e-commerce tool that integrates data from multiple platforms, giving us a complete view of product analytics. By segmenting products into different sets, we at BF could pinpoint which shoes were likely to drive performance and which ones needed extra attention.

ROI Hunter also allowed us to create visually striking, branded dynamic ads that automatically update with real-time information such as discounts, special offers, and sales, ensuring we reach customers with exactly what they’re looking for.
