For 13 years, the YENKEE brand has been present in the Czech market, and its logo is well-known among gamers. But do you know that YENKEE also produces digital accessories for the office? For the past six months, Business Factory has been taking care of YENKEE brand communication with a clear goal - to increase brand awareness on social media, expand its reach, and creatively introduce lesser-known YENKEE office equipment to customers.
New communication with 'something' extra
Reliability. Functionality. Aesthetics. It is the "holy trinity" that accompanies YENKEE. The Business Factory emphasizes these attributes in digital marketing and through posts that help customers perceive the technical parameters of individual products. At the same time, in its communication, the new YENKEE with Business Factory side by side highlights interesting tricks that their products use to make life easier or more enjoyable for their users.

YENKEE: Redifining content
"Our strategy isn't only about sharing YENKEE products but also about providing valuable content where the product itself is not the essential theme. We share helpful hints and tips that help build a loyal YENKEE community and reinforce positive brand perception. We strive to actively engage followers and interact with them directly on the networks.
We have introduced a series of posts called 'Back to the Past' that connects YENKEE products with entertainment and education. It allows users to revisit different life moments and connect to the content. Such content is not about sales but entertains fans and creates a brand image. For example, a Facebook post about changing the way people listen to music that is like the sample in the text achieved an engagement rate of 11.25%. That's a great result."
